Feature availability, limits, and pricing for each tier are displayed on the Platform's pricing page and may be updated at any time.

The Free Membership provides limited access to SCADapp tools at no cost, including:

The Pro Plan is SCADapp's complete premium membership — all tools in one plan — available for $4.99/month or $50.90/year (save 15% with annual billing). It includes everything in the Free tier plus:

Premium memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan). Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).

By subscribing, you authorize SCADapp to charge the applicable subscription fee to your designated payment method.

Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate for the next billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until that date.

No new charges will be incurred after cancellation takes effect.

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to premium features through the end of the current billing period.

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us using the information in Section 12.

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you may be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Premium features and usage limits (e.g., number of scans, collection vault capacity) are defined per tier. SCADapp reserves the right to modify features, limits, and pricing with advance notice. Changes to pricing apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Collection storage by tier:

• Free — up to 10 cards (approximately 1.5 MB of storage)
• Pro — up to 250 cards (approximately 37 MB of storage)
• Dealer & Enterprise (Coming Soon) — unlimited collection storage

All tiers include automatic photo compression (max 1200px, ~150 KB per image), server-side file validation, 30-day soft-delete recovery for accidentally removed cards, and automated cleanup of scan history after 180 days. Every saved card lives in your secure cloud vault (S3-backed) and can optionally be downloaded to your computer as a self-contained HTML report via Vault Sync. SCADapp may suspend or terminate a subscription account if payment fails, if there is suspicious or fraudulent activity, or if the Terms of Service are violated. Upon termination, access to premium features will be revoked immediately.
