SCADapp is an AI-powered sports card intelligence platform designed to provide collectors with tools, insights, analytics, and information to assist with buying, selling, grading, organizing, and managing sports card collections.

SCADapp provides technology-based analysis and information services. SCADapp does not guarantee card grades, authenticity determinations, market values, or investment outcomes.

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You agree to:

You may not:

• Create fraudulent accounts
• Impersonate another person
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Abuse or disrupt the Platform

SCADapp uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, image analysis, and data-driven technology to provide card insights.

AI-generated results may include:

• Estimated grade potential
• Card condition analysis
• Market insights
• Collection analytics
• Value estimates

These results are informational and should not be considered guarantees or professional opinions.

SCADapp does not guarantee:

• Specific grading outcomes
• Authentication results
• Future market prices
• Investment returns
• Buying or selling outcomes

Final grading decisions are determined by professional grading companies.

Certain SCADapp features may require paid subscriptions.

Subscriptions may include:

• Premium AI analysis
• Advanced reports
• Portfolio tools
• Market intelligence
• Additional collector features

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the cancellation terms provided.

Users authorize SCADapp or its payment providers to process subscription fees.

SCADapp owns or licenses all rights related to:

• Logos
• Content
• Proprietary systems
• Analysis methods
• Technology

Users may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit SCADapp technology without written permission.

Users retain ownership of content they upload, including:

• Card images
• Collection information
• Personal data

By uploading content, users grant SCADapp permission to process and analyze that content to provide services.

How your content is stored:

• Card photos are automatically compressed to approximately 150 KB (max 1200px) before storage to optimize performance
• Only JPG, PNG, WebP, and PDF files up to 10 MB are accepted; all uploads are validated on both the client and server
• Each card record is protected by row-level security — only your account can view, edit, or delete your collection
• Deleted cards enter a 30-day soft-delete recovery window during which they can be restored; after 30 days they are permanently purged
• Scan history entries are automatically cleaned up after 180 days

Collection storage capacity varies by subscription tier (e.g., 10 cards on Free, 250 cards on Pro). Every saved card lives in your secure cloud vault (S3-backed) and can optionally be downloaded to your computer as a self-contained HTML report via Vault Sync. SCADapp is provided on an "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCADapp is not responsible for:

• Financial losses
• Market changes
• Incorrect AI predictions
• Lost profits
• Third-party transactions

SCADapp may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. SCADapp operates a tiered suspension model:

• Community Suspension: Revocation of community access (chat and private messaging) while retaining access to platform tools and subscription benefits.
• Full Platform Suspension: Complete account termination and revocation of all access.

Community access is a privilege, not a right. Suspension from the Community does not entitle the user to a refund of their platform subscription fees.

SCADapp maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal, abusive, or unprofessional behavior within the Community. Users are strictly prohibited from harassment, hate speech, fraud, solicitation of personal contact information, or malicious platform manipulation.

SCADapp (the Platform Administrator) reserves absolute, sole, and discretionary authority to monitor, flag, and remove any content or user profile that violates these terms. Any violation constitutes grounds for immediate, permanent, and irrevocable expulsion from the Community, without prior notice or right of appeal.

SCADapp provides a communication and discovery service only. SCADapp is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or interaction between users. Users explicitly agree that SCADapp holds no financial stake, liability, or responsibility for disputes, damages, or losses arising from user-to-user interactions.

The Community includes a private messaging system that allows users to communicate one-on-one. Private messages are subject to the same conduct standards as public chat. Email addresses and personal information are never exposed through private messages — only display-name aliases are visible. Users are prohibited from sharing personal identifying information within private messages and may report any message for moderation.
